Join in for a special early morning walk in support of R U OK? Day 2025 
Things will kick off at their usual spot near the Surf Club at 6am, take a stroll along the Esplanade, and enjoy a surprise group treat along the way to mark the importance of looking out for one another.
Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time walking, you’re more than welcome. It’s all about showing up, connecting, and reminding each other that a simple “R U OK?” can make a real difference.
