STEAMfesta

STEAMfesta is a flamboyant, photo-friendly event where you can expect to be photographed. Participants can expect to feel transported in time with: • Steamers Picnic Areas • Ant-weight Combat Arena (S.T.E.A.M. makers) • the Mary Ann Steam Train ride (Maryborough event) • MELSA model engineers (Maryborough event) • Street Performers • Junior Robot design • Music • Imaginative costumes and gadgets

DAY 1. STEAMfesta starts in Hervey Bay on Saturday, 10am at the award-winning Historical Village and Museum, with free entry for the first 500 registrations).

DAY 2. At the Brolga Theatre Maryborough,Sunday, 10am, adjacent to stunning Queens Park on Sunday 26th, so plenty of time to get that classic steampunk photo with a whole bunch of new stuff at the Steamers Picnic Area, Ant-weight Combat Robots’, the Mary Ann Steam Train ride, MELSA model engineers, Street Performers, Pipe Band, Costume Competition and Gadgets.
